Alcatel-Lucent In Three-year R&D Agreement With Telstra

Alcatel-Lucent and Telstra Corporation Limited, Australia’s biggest telecom operator have announced a three-year research and development agreement to support the development of Telstra's telecom network.

The financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

The companies said the agreement would include a regular review of Alcatel-Lucent products and solutions and their relevance to Telstras’ network development, and the use of their collaboration in Australasia to shape Alcatel-Lucent's global technology development.
